Today's Workout

I changed things up a bit today.

I rode the elliptical in three stages, with some weightlifting in between using 25lb handweights.

Here are the stats for my elliptical performance:

Stage 1

30:31 minutes
601 calories
1812 revolutions

Stage 2

15:42 minutes
301 calories
901 revolutions

Stage 3

16:11 minutes
301 calories
898 revolutions

For a total elliptical workout of:

62:24 minutes
1203 calories
3611 revolutions

Yesterday's Workout

Here are the stats for my elliptical performance:

60:26 minutes
1201 calories
3623 revolutions

The minute-long sprints at the 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50-minute mark were more vigorous yesterday. I pushed myself, ranging between 80-88 RPM for those five minutes.

Here are the stats for my elliptical performance:

60:45 minutes

Today, I started doing one minute sprints every ten minutes, i.e. I would go from ~60rpm to ~75rpm at the ten-minute through fifty-minute mark.

Needless to say, I was a sweaty, stank-ass mess at minute 31, 41, and 51.
