I changed things up a bit today.
I rode the elliptical in three stages, with some weightlifting in between using 25lb handweights.

Stage 2
15:42 minutes

901 revolutions
Stage 3
16:11 minutes
301 calories
898 revolutions
For a total elliptical workout of:
62:24 minutes
1203 calories
3611 revolutions
